Fantastic service from Mark. Explained we had a water tank problem. Was there within 48 hours and diagnosed the issue. A week later and all was sorted at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Mark came out the next day and sorted my fault in no time at all, then proceeded to complete a full service on the boiler without any additional cost for his time. Not only was his work second to none but also a lovely genuine bloke to talk to, and could have easily watched and learned from him all day as he explained everything he was doing to help you understand.

A prompt response from Mark at Gas Taskforce and a single visit allowed him to find and fix the problem I was having with my living flame gas fire. Mark was friendly, knowledgeable and highly proficient and will be my goto guy for future plumbing/gas needs.

Mark helped me with a gas safety check when I was in the process of buying a house. I was impressed with Mark, he did a very thorough job and was really reassuring. He was honest about future work to would be needed to be done and gave timescales which have helped me to plan for this. Mark has since repaired my bath waste pipe, he couldn’t come immediately as he was going on holiday but tried his best to find someone else to help which is above and beyond what I would expect. He has since carried out the annual boiler service, where he showed me how to adjust the pressure of the boiler - something I’ve never been shown and probably should know! Mark is trustworthy and reliable, I’m really happy with the service he provides and I have recently signed up to his annual service plan, paying monthly which is a great way to help budget for this and also guarantees that Mark will be able to continue to help. I’d really recommend Mark to anyone.

I contacted Mark when my boiler suddenly stopped working. He came out the same day and had it up and running in no time. He quickly found the problem, explained exactly what it was that needed doing and was upfront about the cost involved, which was very reasonable. He is such a lovely guy, honest, and trustworthy. He is definitely the one I will call next time I need a boiler service or repair.

Mark came to service my boiler and service my unvented cylinder. Someone recommended Mark to me and I am glad they did. Really nice chap and very knowledgeable in his profession. He was more than willing to answer any questions regarding the service he was providing and had no problem me watching him complete the service etc. Price wise Mark is competitive compaired with some other quotes I had requested. Really pleasant chap and left no mess behind, well pleased with the whole experience.

I had a Nest engineer instal 1 Nest on a 3 Zone system (hot water and heating up:down) he should have fitted 2 Nests but ended up bastardising the cylinder cct board.. making it 1 zone. So I had to heat upstairs/downstairs at same time which cost more…. Mark installed me 2Hives up/down and converted my cylinder back to a 3 system. This wasn’t an easy task as previous engineer had cut/moved or snipped wires. Mark managed to resolve the previous debacle… rewire all zones/thermostats and pump.. install 2 hives and make it as it should have been. Polite courteous, friendly and tidy throughout whilst remaining professional…

I telephoned Mark as we had been let down by our Gas fire installer & others. Mark had a cancellation so agreed to come round straight away. My gas fire refused to stay lit so Mark part dismantled it (which was not an easy job at all). He found the problem & serviced the fire at the same time. I cannot recommend Mark highly enough & he will be my ‘default’ gas engineer in the future. He is very approachable & I can see from his actions he is a highly skilled gas technician rather than the plumbers out there who are jack of all trades but masters of none.

In Jan 2022 we were looking for a gas engineer to service our boiler and gas fire and we contacted Mark. He arrived at time stated and did an excellent job. This year Jan 2023 I text Mark again to do the service. I had already recommended him to a friend of mine. Mark turned up and got to work straight away and did another excellent job, explained the problems as they appeared but did sort them out whilst he was with us. I would highly recommend him for any gas work. Thanks Mark for a great job done.
