Excellent service from Nathan yet again. Its really reassuring to have him checking our boiler regularly and help us with any boiler/heating issues we come across.

Nathan has delivered 5* work for my wife and I for over 8 years! Everything from servicing our boiler through to fitting a brand new one (this was late December, after 6pm, for hours and hours after our original boiler decided to leak - all with no fuss , despite it been freezing cold - we were so greatful!!) Importantly, he's a top bloke and I know without doubt that he's delivering the best possible job. Over the years he's come out to us at short notice, helped us with big jobs and also provided really sound advice to help us get the best possible outcome for our heating - which was incredibly helpful especially given the current energy crisis My wife and I cannot recommend Nathan highly enough. Nice and friendly guy. However, in September we asked for just a quote for some work to be done before winter and the annual boiler service which he usually did. Nathan eventually came round and said yes it could all be done and he'd sort a quote. Didn't hear anything for a while, so I had to contact him and he said he'd get back to me in a couple of days. Again, heard nothing so I phoned again..same story. This happened every week for roughly a month or so where I had to contact him. Cut to the end of November and I eventually lost my patience and booked another plumber just for the annual boiler service. And no, I did not leave any horrible messages for Nathan, he actually answered my calls but kept giving excuse after excuse. If you don't want to do the work, just say you don't! We've had a new plumber do the annual boiler service, and he was here for a while. The work he did and how long it took has made the house so much warmer, and made us realise it hadn't been serviced properly before at all. Whoever reads this, it is entirely your problem if you choose to go with wakefield boiler service.

Nathan came to remove and make safe our gas fire. He was polite and very chatty and got the job done in an efficient manner. We will definitely be using his services again.

I have employed Nathan to perform an annual boiler inspection and to repair a radiator. On both occasions the work was completed to a high standard and at a good price. Communication is excellent, both when scheduling appointments and explaining the job requirements. Highly recommended.
