Ordered a bag came 2 days later. No problem. I would have liked to ordered a full gun package. But not delivered to a shop. Only one junction on m1. Got what I wanted in the end.

I purchased an air rifle package (Weihrauch HW100KT) along with a fill cylinder last year (08/04/22). This year, after less than 1000 pellets through the rifle, it developed an air leak. I contacted Redbeck and spoke to them about the issue, they asked me to bring the gun in where they immeadiatly said they would fix it at no charge despite the gun being over a year old. Great service, thank you to all involved at Redbeck.

I found Steph to be very helpful and could not fault customer service. I am one of the older generation who would have done everything by telephone so missed talking to a person but can't fault the service

The people here are great. Went to buy an air rifle to start shooting again and they were so helpful. They have an array of guns new and second hand and the prices are good and so is their knowledge. They got out plenty of rifles for me to hold and see which i preffered and that's probably why i bought mine there and then lol thanks for the help, and my rifle is great 5 ⭐️ service 👍

Visited Redbeck Shooting last Saturday, I've never been to a more helpful rifle shop!! talked me through everything and gave me a great 2nd hand value on my existing gun, they were extremally patient and I cannot fault their customer skills.. Brilliant👍

Very friendly and patient. Very fair on prices and deals. Having a 50m range on site is extremely useful too. The only thing preventing 5 stars is the small customer counter and guns in cabinets. A shop redesign would make it a leader in their field for the North.

Excellent shop, enthusiastic staff and a man that can perform tricks with cards. What more can you ask for. I was greeted by a young man who you can clearly tell is enthusiastic about the sport. He took time to advise me, and show me as many products as I asked to see. Then when the decision was made, set up my rifle and took me to the range for zeroing and an explanation of the rifle’s peculiarities. He also arranged a great price for a trade in then gave a great price for a package deal on my rifle. He is a credit to the shop and wise beyond his years. This shop had a new customer and they didn’t disappoint, I will be shopping there again. Thanks guys Steve
